  • 2 Beyond Sausage Original Brats, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 box Modern Table Spirals
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2–4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Asparagus, tough ends removed
  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil on medium high, add minced garlic and cook for 30 sec
  3. Add Beyond Sausage, asparagus, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes until asparagus is tender and tomatoes are soft and Beyond Sausage has a crisp sear
  4. Add pasta, lemon juice and stir until everything is coated
