Smoky Pimento Mac & Cheese

Vegan mac and cheese with smoked paprika and pimentos, topped with crushed potato chips.

  • 2 boxes Classic Cheddar Style Modern Table Vegan Mac
  • Vegan Butter, 4 TBSP
  • Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp
  • Onion powder, 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder, ½ tsp
  • Pimentos, drained, diced, ½ cup
  • Black Pepper, ½ tsp
  • Vegan Milk, 2/3 cup
  • Lemon Juice, 1 TBSP
  • Hot Sauce, 1 tsp
  • Vegan Cheddar Cheese, shredded, 1 cup
  • Potato chips, crushed, as needed
Buy the Noodles
  1. Prepare Modern Table Pasta per package instructions
  2. Drain pasta
  3. Place Pot back on the stove and melt vegan butter
  4. Add smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pimentos and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute
  5. Add vegan milk, lemon juice, hot sauce, sauce packets and shredded cheese
  6. Mix well until cheese is melted
  7. Add cooked pasta, mix well
  8. Place in serving dish and top with crushed potato chips
