Smoky Pimento Mac & Cheese
Vegan mac and cheese with smoked paprika and pimentos, topped with crushed potato chips.
- 2 boxes Classic Cheddar Style Modern Table Vegan Mac
- Vegan Butter, 4 TBSP
- Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp
- Onion powder, 1 tsp
- Garlic powder, ½ tsp
- Pimentos, drained, diced, ½ cup
- Black Pepper, ½ tsp
- Vegan Milk, 2/3 cup
- Lemon Juice, 1 TBSP
- Hot Sauce, 1 tsp
- Vegan Cheddar Cheese, shredded, 1 cup
- Potato chips, crushed, as needed
Buy the Noodles
- Prepare Modern Table Pasta per package instructions
- Drain pasta
- Place Pot back on the stove and melt vegan butter
- Add smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, pimentos and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute
- Add vegan milk, lemon juice, hot sauce, sauce packets and shredded cheese
- Mix well until cheese is melted
- Add cooked pasta, mix well
- Place in serving dish and top with crushed potato chips
