Parmesan Broccoli Mac & Cheese

- 1 Box of Modern Table Classic Cheddar Style Vegan Mac
- 2 Tbsp plant-based "Butter"
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- Fresh Broccoli
- Grated Parmesan Cheese (plant-based)
Buy the Noodles
- Steam 2 large handfuls of broccoli until cooked. Set Aside
- Prepare 1 Box of Modern Table Classic Cheddar Style Vegan Mac according to the included instructions
- While stirring, Add 2 Tbsp of plant-based butter
- Continue stirring and Add 1/4 Cup almond milk) until desired consistency
- Add Vegan Mac and steamed broccoli together in a large bowl
- Grate parmesan "cheese" and garnish as desired
