Parmesan Broccoli Mac & Cheese

This delicious take on Modern Table Cheddar Style Vegan Mac is sure to be a weeknight hit!

  • 1 Box of Modern Table Classic Cheddar Style Vegan Mac
  • 2 Tbsp plant-based "Butter"
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • Fresh Broccoli
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (plant-based)
Buy the Noodles
  1. Steam 2 large handfuls of broccoli until cooked. Set Aside
  2. Prepare 1 Box of Modern Table Classic Cheddar Style Vegan Mac according to the included instructions
  3. While stirring, Add 2 Tbsp of plant-based butter
  4. Continue stirring and Add 1/4 Cup almond milk) until desired consistency
  5. Add Vegan Mac and steamed broccoli together in a large bowl
  6. Grate parmesan "cheese" and garnish as desired
  7. Enjoy!
