Parmesan Broccoli Mac & Cheese
This delicious take on Modern Table Classic Cheddar Mac & Cheese is sure to be a weeknight hit. Talk about comfort food for your mind and body without the guilt!
- 1 Box of Modern Table Classic Cheddar Mac & Cheese
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 Cup 2% Milk or Almond Milk
- Fresh Broccoli
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Steam 2 large handfuls of broccoli until cooked. Set Aside
- Prepare 1 Box of Modern Table Classic Cheddar Mac & Cheese according to the included instructions
- While stirring, Add 2 Tbsp of unsalted butter
- Continue stirring and Add 1/4 Cup 2% Milk (you can also use almond milk) , until desired consistency
- Add Mac & Cheese and steamed broccoli together in a large bowl
- Grate parmesan cheese and garnish as desired
