Mandarin Orange Crispy Chick’n Penne

Fresh, colorful veggies are sautéed and tossed with our lentil penne and Gardein's crispy plant-based chick'n, then mixed with a tangy mandarin orange sauce for a plant-based meal that's just as delicious as it is beautiful.

  • 1 box of Modern Table Lentil Penne
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 1 package of Gardein Mandarin Orange Crispy Chick'n
  • Mandarin orange sauce (to taste)
  • Sesame seeds as garnish
Buy the Noodles
  1. Prepare one box of Modern Table Lentil Penne according to directions on the box.
  2. Prepare the Gardein crispy chick'n according to instructions on the package.
  3. Sauté broccoli, frozen peas, and cabbage in a splash of oil.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta and cooked chicken into the skillet.
  5. Mix in the mandarin orange sauce until everything is covered.
  6. Top it off with sesame seeds.
