Jalapeño Popper Mac & Cheese

Spicy yet creamy, this delicious vegan mac & "cheese" piles on the plant-based bacon for your vegan junk food enjoyment.

Mac & Cheese

  • 1 box of Modern Table Southwest Vegan Mac
  • 1/4 cup vegan Cream Cheese (We love Kite Hill)
  • 1/2 lb of your favorite vegan bacon alternative, cooked and chopped


  • 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • Vegan cheddar cheese shreds
  • Gluten-free bread crumbs or Panko
Buy the Noodles
  1. Prepare Modern Table Southwest Vegan Mac as directed on box.
  2. Once your Vegan Mac is combined, stir in 1/4 cup cream cheese.
  3. Fold in shredded cheddar and crumbled bacon, reserving some bacon for the garnish.
  4. Serve into bowls. Garnish with sliced jalapeños, bread crumbs, and remaining bacon crumbles.
