Fresh Garlic Lemon Broccolini & Beet Rotini
With our new gluten-free beet rotini, a bit of oil, and five simple ingredients, you can be sitting down to a wildly flavorful dinner tonight! A touch of spice, a hint of garlic, fresh broccolini, and a twist of lemon and parmesan to finish things off. Living the simple life never tasted so good.
- 7 oz Modern Table Beet Rotini Pasta
- 1 TBSP Vegetable Oil
- ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ tsp Cracked Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic, peeled, minced
- 2 bunches Broccolini, trimmed
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Buy the Noodles
- Prepare beet rotini according to package directions. Toss in vegetable oil and set aside
- In a large sauté pan, over medium high heat, add extra virgin olive oil
- Add in broccolini and cook for 5-7 minutes and tender
- Add in red pepper flakes and garlic, sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute
- Add lemon zest and beet rotini, cook until thoroughly heated
- Garnish with parmesan cheese
- Serve and enjoy!
