Creamy Dairy-Free Pasta Sauce

This simple and delicious sauce recipe features our Complete Protein Lentil Penne pasta for a dish that will have you coming back for more!

  1. Blend 1.5 cups tomato sauce with 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 30 min in hot water).
  2. After the sauce is completely blended, transfer to a medium pot and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and basil to taste.
  3. Let simmer on low for a few minutes.
  4. Combine the sauce with 1 box of cooked Modern Table Lentil Penne Pasta. Stir well.
  5. Divide and serve in 3-4 separate bowls.
  6. Enjoy!
