Creamy Dairy-Free Pasta Sauce
This simple and delicious sauce recipe features our Complete Protein Lentil Penne pasta for a dish that will have you coming back for more!
- Blend 1.5 cups tomato sauce with 1 cup raw cashews (soaked for 30 min in hot water).
- After the sauce is completely blended, transfer to a medium pot and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and basil to taste.
- Let simmer on low for a few minutes.

- Divide and serve in 3-4 separate bowls.
