  • 1 box of Modern Table Classic Cheddar Style Vegan Mac
  • Kale, (At Least 2 Large Leaves)
  • Olive Oil
  • Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
Buy the Noodles
  1. Prepare Modern Table Classic Cheddar Style Vegan Mac according to directions on packaging and set aside
  2. Lightly coat a skillet with olive oil and bring to medium-high heat
  3. Wash, chop, and add kale to skillet
  4. Add salt, pepper, and paprika (just a couple pinches of each)
  5. Cook for a short time—only until the kale wilts and brightens in color
  6. Remove skillet from heat
  7. Halve a lemon and squeeze over cooked kale
  8. Add kale to the Vegan Mac and stir
  9. Serve and enjoy!
