Product Description

Whoever said that seeing red was a bad thing has obviously never tried our Beet Rotini pasta. With a full serving of veggies plus 17 grams of complete protein per portion, it’s bold, it’s beautiful, and it’s brimming with plant nutrition. Toss this gluten-free goodness with a garlic, olive oil and lemon sauce, or top it with fresh veggies for a colorful meat-free dinner!

Boil

Boil 4 quarts water in large pot.  Add salt, if desired. 

Stir In

Stir in pasta. Reduce heat to medium-high (to minimize foaming). 

Cook

Cook 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, boil an additional minute.

Drain

Drain; do not rinse. 

Serve

Serve with your favorite sauce.

Make It Your Own

Pair with your favorite tomato basil sauce, spicy sausage, and cooked broccoli florets. Top with shredded parmesan cheese. Yum!
