Step by Step Prep

  • Boil
    penne and vegetables in a large pot for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally (expect some foam). Drain, do not rinse.

  • Mix
    sauce in a small bowl with 1/3 cup water and 1/3 cup olive oil.

  • Toss
    penne and vegetables with sauce; let stand for 2 minutes.

  • Sprinkle
    with seasoning as desired – it’s a lot of flavor!
    Voila! Dinner is served!
