Step by Step Prep

  • Boil
    rotini and vegetables for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain.

  • Mix
    sauce in a small bowl with 2/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons oil.

  • Toss
    rotini and vegetables with sauce; let stand for 2 minutes.

  • Sprinkle
    with seasoning packet as desired–it’s a lot of flavor! Voila! Dinner is served!

PACK WITH PROTEIN:
Top with grilled lamb, chicken,
or shrimp.

PUMP UP THE VEGGIES:
After draining, add sauce, 4oz bag
baby spinach and 1 pint of cherry
tomatoes, cut in half, and toss gently
until spinach is lightly wilted.

chopped Kalamata olives, 1/4
cup sundried tomatoes, and
3oz feta cheese.
