Step by Step Prep

  • Boil
    penne and vegetables for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain.

  • Mix
    sauce in a small bowl with 2/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons oil.

  • Toss
    penne and vegetables with sauce; let stand for 2 minutes.

  • Sprinkle
    with seasoning packet as desired–it’s a lot of flavor! Voila! Dinner is served!

PACK WITH PROTEIN:
Top with grilled chicken or a
white fish filet such as tilapia.

Add 1 cup of sliced zucchini, or
broccoli florets during the last minute

Add 8 oz mozzarella balls and

to melt.
