Step by Step Prep

  • Boil
    rotini and vegetables in a large pot for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally (expect some foam). Drain, do not rinse.

  • Mix
    sauce in a small bowl with 2/3 cup water and 2 tbsp oil.

  • Toss
    rotini and vegetables with sauce; let stand for 2 minutes.
    Voila! Dinner is served!

PACK WITH PROTEIN:
Top with crumbled bacon or rotisserie chicken.

PUMP UP THE VEGGIES:
Add 1 cup of frozen broccoli florets during the last minute of boiling, then top with 1/4 cup crispy breadcrumbs.
