Step by Step Prep

  • Boil
    rotini and vegetables in a large pot for 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally (expect some foam). Drain, do not rinse.

  • Mix
    sauce in a small bowl with 2/3 cup water and 2 tablespoons oil.

  • Toss
    rotini and vegetables with sauce, let stand for 2 minutes.

  • Sprinkle
    with seasoning if desired–it’s a lot of flavor! Voila! Dinner is served!
