Lentils are one of the highest sources of protein for all legumes and nuts. Rich in fiber, lentils are also a complex carbohydrate, which means that they digest slowly and provide the body with a sustained source of energy, which can also help stabilize blood sugar levels. But wait, there’s more goodness. Lentils also contain minerals such as magnesium, which is important for heart health.

In a nutshell, lentils are pretty awesome, which is why we decided to make a lentil-based packed with plant protein.
